ZUMBA

combines low and high energy dance movements, with intervals of fast and slow rhythms. The dances are repetitive and very easy to follow, so everyone can do them. Just remember to keep moving and most importantly have fun!

Fun & effective, our various group fitness classes are for all levels of fitness & offer enough variety to accommodate anyone’s tastes. Every class will have modifications for all exercises & movement. Are you looking for a workout that challenges you, pushes you to be your very best and also makes you feel confident & unstoppable? We have the right work out for you, where fitness meets the Art of Dance! title: "NUTRITION PROGRAM"

designed to increase muscle mass while eliminating unwanted body fat. Individual and group sessions will be provided weekly along with daily monitoring to help you track your eating habits. This eight week program of "clean eating", along with a consistent exercise routines will maximize your results. Starting measurements and your finals successful measurements are included. (additional $25.00 per month, 2 month minimum to begin)

DANCE

Adult may take class in Tap and/or Hip Hop/Jazz. Students in our adult classes learn movement and combinations in a comfortable setting. Many of our adult students use this program for fitness and a social activity, which is our number one reason we offer this program.

During FBBC you will be doing group fitness as well as one on one personal training. stretches, calisthenics (push-ups, sit-ups, lunges), drills, strength workouts using dumbbells, medicine balls, circuit training, running drills, obstacle courses and whatever other surprises we have in store for that day.

We try to make the workouts fun and challenging at the same time. The more effort you put into the class, the more results you will get out of it.
